I'm Mads, also known as Zuzahin on Reddit, and I colorize black and white historical photographs. I started this practice almost a decade ago as a funny little hobby, but it slowly evolved and took a life of it's own. I've worked with countless magazines and studios, I've contributed covers and artwork for a number of publications, as well as contributing to a few documentaries, namely Blood and Glory: The Civil War in Color, for the History Channel. My credits include The Daily Mail, The Guardian, The Times, The Sun, the History Channel, National Geographic, and Gyldendal, amongst countless other award winning and prestigious corporations.
I've been working on bringing the past alive as a job since 2010, and have been doing it primarily as a side-job alongside my studies, but since graduating from college, I plan on furthering this as my full-time career.
